Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Night Highway, available at cardrive.fun (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The Service

Night Highway is a browser-based arcade game. Full access requires an active paid subscription.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription & billing

• The Service is billed at $5 USD per month, charged automatically on a recurring basis via Stripe until you cancel.
• There is no free trial — access begins once payment succeeds.
• You can cancel anytime from the Account page (billing portal). Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We may change pricing going forward; existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass the paywall, interfere with the game's operation, reverse-engineer the backend, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Highway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
