Night Highway ("we", "us") operates the website cardrive.fun (the "Service"), a subscription-based browser game. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile info Google shares with us (name, email, avatar) to create your account.
• Gameplay data: your best score, associated with your account.
• Billing data: we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, which shares with us only your subscription status and billing dates.
• Technical data: basic request logs (IP address, browser type) generated automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To grant access to the game based on your subscription status.
• To save your best score across devices.
• To send essential account or billing emails (e.g. payment receipts, sent by Stripe).

Third-party services we use

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google".
• Vercel — website hosting.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above, which are required to operate the Service.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (an authentication token) and to remember your best score locally as a fallback. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing www.landrybiang@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
